I had stitches taken out Friday, on Sunday the incision opened and bled. I went back to Medexpress and instead of holding true to their policy that if you come back for the same problem within ten days there is no charge, they wanted to charge me.

I left and I will pursue a law suit. It is false advertising to tell patient that they can come back within ten days for the same thing and not be charged.

Obviously Medexpress is more of a business than a place for sick people to be cared for. I now have to take a day off from work and go to my primary care physician.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Med Express Cons: Being over billed, Bad service.

Ummm, there is no charge within 10 days ONLY for uninsured patients following up in the same problem. Does the Emergency room waive your copay when you return within 10 days? I didn't think so.
